What can be returned: Due to the fact that all our apparel is customized just for you, only items with apparel defects, or design mistakes (ie wrong colour, or front logo put on back of tee), can a new item be requested. In that case we will replace the order at no charge, and you can also keep the error. We do not offer refunds, only replacement for an error.
To request a new product dure to an error: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at email@example.com, with a attached photo of the error, and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
What cannot be returned: No error requests will be accepted after 15 days of receipt of purchase.
